Design Your Personal Curriculum Workbook

A reflective workbook designed to support you in shaping a year of growth that is aligned and developmentally meaningful.

Highlights

The purpose of this workbook is to help you:

  • Shift from optimisation and performance toward meaning-making and alignment
  • Develop a more intentional relationship with goals, time, and growth
  • Practice self-authorship by staying curious about how you are being shaped by your experiences
  • Design a personal curriculum that evolves as you do

At Ijeruka, we understand development as something that happens in relationship with life, not through linear plans. This workbook is designed to support that kind of ongoing attention.

You might return to this workbook monthly or quarterly, use it alongside journaling or coaching, bring sections into conversation with a growth partner, or revisit the same questions at different moments in the year to notice what has shifted.
